Britney Spears was spotted laughing and kissing her new boyfriend Adnan Ghalib while looking at engagement rings, NW reports.
Although her paparazzo lover is married, he allegedly proposed to the singer just hours after her hospital release, triggering huge concern among her family that she’ll run away with the man they feel is taking advantage of a very sick girl. They are desperate to get Britney away from Adnan and into a treatment facility, but the pair disappeared yet again last week, leaving LA for Mexico in a private jet.
It was the second time they’d vanished, with Adnan earlier whisking Brit away from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she’d been held since the dramatic meltdown that ended in a four-hour police siege just two days before.
