Sorry for not responding sooner, the ring and diamond came out perfectly, although I think Raina is going to get the ring re-sized.
I just wanted to thank you for your help in purchasing our diamond. When it comes to buying such an expensive item it's very important to deal with someone you trust and who doesn't put any pressure on you to buy. I'd definitely recommend Diamonds on Fifth to anyone looking for the right diamond. Your knowledge of diamonds and the industry as a whole was very reassuring and having seen some of the jewellers on 47th Street I'm so glad we decided to buy with you. If anyone is tempted to go elsewhere because of some of the wild discounts on offer then I'd like to make it clear that that's because their products are so over-priced in the first place and the quality of cut of their diamonds is so poor in comparison to Diamonds on Fifth.

I can't say enough wonderful things about how helpful and amazing working with Moshe at Diamonds on Fifth has been! My husband wanted to get me a special pair of earrings and I knew that Moshe would be the one to find just the right pair. He found me an amazing pair of earrings and again, I receive constant comments on them all the time...they are gorgeous!

I was about to purchase engagement rings in Charlotte, NC for my fiancé at a local retailer that claims to sell direct and have the lowest prices anywhere. Two days before I was scheduled to do so, I came across a very similar ring on line at Diamondsonfifth. I called and spoke to Moshe with regard to the ring I saw on line, it was the same quality but 2 carats larger and surprisingly, almost the same price that I was going to pay the local retailer for the smaller ring. I was concerned because this was an extremely important purchase and skeptical because Moshe and the ring were in NY and I was in NC. I read the testimonials but honestly, I was still skeptical.
After several phone conversations with Moshe I began to feel that he was both honest and trustworthy and I made the purchase. The next day, the ring arrived and was more beautiful than I could have hoped. I immediately placed an order for 2 more rings to be made for my fiancé and a week later, they too were in NC and as beautiful as the first.

This was an experience we will remember FOR EVER!!!
Back in June 07' I made an appointment with Moshe from "Diamonds on Fifth" (DOF) to select a diamondfor my Fiancée. We selected a beautiful .78 ct. Princess cut diamondafter a long educational process, which allowed us to pick the perfect stone within our budget. Then we went to a Jeweler to select the setting, right after we went to another place to have the diamond set on the ring and polished to perfection. We left "DOF" with a beautiful engagement ring my lady got to see come to life right in front of her eyes... This was amazing, we designed the whole thing and Moshe even took pictures of the process and e-mailed them to us...
Then a month after I called Moshe back. I wanted to exchange the diamond for a BIGGER one; this was NO PROBLEM for him... After a few e-mails to decide on my new choice and pictures back and forth to pull the trigger on the deal, it was done. I mailed my Fiancée’s ring back to Moshe and within a day of him receiving it I got it back with a precious 1.14 ct Princess cut diamond.
The most difficult part was to convince my girl to give me back the ring for a couple of days so "I could have it appraised". We went together to the UPS pick up location to get the ring back from "DOF" and just imagine her expression when she saw the bigger rock!
NOBODY BEATS the honesty of "DOF"! There are no hidden agendas when you deal with them. The transparency of the transaction makes you feel very comfortable and you are not pushed to make decision unless you are 100% happy with the choice you are about to make... I FULLY RECOMMEND DIAMOND ON FIFTH!

Moshe was great from start to finish. I purchased .90 diamond from him for a very good price. Everything went very smooth. When I was speaking with Moshe he told me they could make me any ring that I would like. We sent some photos back and forth and came up with avery pretty ring with 5 more .32 stones set in platinum. It was almost Valentines day and I told Moshe that I had taken to much time coming up with what I had wanted and I would not be able to give it to her on Valentines Day he said "not to worry go ahead and make plans I will get it to you" and he did I am very happy with Moshe and with diamondsonfifth.com

This is a long overdue thank you. Back in June, my (then) girlfriend and I came in to look at oval diamonds and platinum setting. I then came back and ordered her dream ring: an oval diamond set with two accent ovals in platinum. Well, I proposed and my (now) finance said "yes."
I get a little kick out of catching Aimee staring at her ring, and she beams each time she gets a compliment on how it sparkles -- which according to her, is often. To me, it looks like this ring was meant for her hand, it's that perfect.

I purchased a diamond and setting from Diamonds on Fifth on 3/2002.
I have been dealing with Michael for about 3 months in order to have a wedding ring made that will match the engagement ring. Michael responded to every email and phone call in a very timely manner, with pictures and prices in order to help us choose a band.
Well after months of deliberation on our part we chose a wedding band to match the engagement ring. It just so happened I was going to be near Michael's office in NYC. I brought the engagement ring into his office, and left it with him in order for the jeweler to perfectly match the engagement ring.
A week later I received the wedding band package, but didn't receive the engagement ring package. I called Michael and asked him if there was a problem. His staff had already been on the phone with FedEx in order to track the package. It turns out that the box arrived in the sorting facility in Memphis TN with no contents in the box. Now you must imagine how freaked out I was. Michael quickly calmed me down and assured me he would handle the matter in a timely fashion (this was a Friday afternoon). He told me to have a good weekend and not to worry because he would straighten everything out and get back to me on Monday. Well Monday came and Michael called me and told me that he is going to make us a new engagement ring and it will be better than the first.

You may remember me as the guy from Hawaii, who purchased the emerald-cut diamond ring ('newest ring"), to give to my girlfriend on our ski vacation to Canada.
I sweated receiving the ring in time, but I'm happy to report that it came in the eleventh hour, it was spectacular, and all my planning (including Rachelle saying Yes!) fell into perfect place. Everyone, including Fed Ex ( by the way), told me that there was no chance I would receive it in time..."There's no such thing as overnight to Hawaii" Plus, we're on a neighbor island! But..... The ring's size was alittle large, so 2 days latter we came back to your NYC office. You took us straight to your jeweler, and within 1 hour the ring fit perfectly. Not only was your price spectacular (almost 40% less than my local jeweler wanted for a similar ring), but both the finished product and your professionalism were first class.

I told Michael my specifications (1.2 to 1.8carat, clarity range, color range and budget). The same evening that we spoke we sent me five options. I received the stone as promised the next day. This is a long overdue thank you. Back in June, my (then) girlfriend and I came in to look at oval diamonds and platinum setting. I then came back and ordered her dream ring: an oval diamond set with two accent ovals in platinum. Well, I proposed and my (now) finance said "yes."
I get a little kick out of catching Aimee staring at her ring, and she beams each time she gets a compliment on how it sparkles -- which according to her, is often. To me, it looks like this ring was meant for her hand, it's that perfect.

I purchased a diamond and setting from Diamonds on Fifth on 3/2002.
I have been dealing with Michael for about 3 months in order to have a wedding ring made that will match the engagement ring. Michael responded to every email and phone call in a very timely manner, with pictures and prices in order to help us choose a band.
Well after months of deliberation on our part we chose a wedding band to match the engagement ring. It just so happened I was going to be near Michael's office in NYC. I brought the engagement ring into his office, and left it with him in order for the jeweler to perfectly match the engagement ring.
A week later I received the wedding band package, but didn't receive the engagement ring package. I called Michael and asked him if there was a problem. His staff had already been on the phone with FedEx in order to track the package. It turns out that the box arrived in the sorting facility in Memphis TN with no contents in the box. Now you must imagine how freaked out I was. Michael quickly calmed me down and assured me he would handle the matter in a timely fashion (this was a Friday afternoon). He told me to have a good weekend and not to worry because he would straighten everything out and get back to me on Monday. Well Monday came and Michael called me and told me that he is going to make us a new engagement ring and it will be better than the first.
The engagement ring got to me today (2 week turn around, super fast. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. I can't thank you enough Michael for helping us through this bad situation, your a stand up guy and run a great business. I will be contacting you soon in order to purchase my wedding band
